Andy Alexander

Former Washington Post ombudsman Andrew Alexander is an award-winning journalist and news industry leader. He has written and spoken extensively about the public’s right to know and the dangers of excessive government secrecy. He is a Professional Fellow with the Voinovich School and a Visiting Professional at the Scripps College of Communication.

Robin Carlin

Roblin Carlin is the owner and principal consultant of Rustbelt HR, which she founded after holding a succession of leadership roles in operations and human resources. Rustbelt is based in Cleveland and focuses on HR strategy, education, and compliance.

Faith Knutsen

Faith Knutsen

Faith Knutsen has been with the Voinovich School since 2008. Faith directs the Social Enterprise Ecosystem (SEE) project, funded by the Appalachian Regional Commission. Before joining the Voinovich School, Faith worked for 12 years in an executive role at Sunpower, Inc., an Athens Ohio-based, 60-employee research and development engineering firm.

Jim Mahoney

A long-time educator and entrepreneur, Jim Mahoney has worked as a superintendent, principal, teacher, and adjunct professor at several Ohio universities. In 2001, he joined Battelle for Kids as the organization’s first executive director.

Today, Jim serves as the founder of RedBrick Hill, LLC, an educational consulting organization, and as an executive in residence for Ohio University’s  Voinovich School.

Ani Ruhil

Ani Ruhil is a Professor at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs, teaching quantitative research methods, policy analysis, and program evaluation for the Voinovich School’s Master of Public Administration academic programs. He also serves as a quantitative research methodologist/data analyst for the School.
